Clarkstown Town Board

The town board is elected every two years — in four wards, plus a town supervisor. As of January 2022, the current town board members are:

 

Supervisor George Hoehmann (R)

George Hoehmann was elected Town Supervisor in November 2015 after serving as a Town Councilman since 2009. He is a lifelong resident of Clarkstown and resides in Nanuet with his wife and children.

Ward 1 Councilman MARK WOODS (r)

Mark Woods represents Ward 1, which encompasses the northern portion of New City.

Ward 2 councilman Michael Graziano (r)

Mike Graziano was elected into office in November, 2019 to represent Ward 2, which encompasses the northeast portion of Clarkstown. Mike is a dedicated family man and life-long Congers resident, where he resides with his wife, three daughters, and son.

Ward 3 Councilman Donald Franchino (r)

represents Ward 3, which encompasses Central Nyack, West Nyack, Nanuet, and Bardonia. He was born and raised in West Nyack and currently resides in Nanuet.

Ward 4 councilman Patrick Carroll (D)

Councilman Carroll represents Ward 4, which encompasses Bardonia, New City, Nanuet, Spring Valley and West Nyack. He lives in Bardonia with his wife Natalie and their four daughters: Madelyn, Lily, Paige and Hailey. He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Wesleyan University, a licensed attorney, and currently working as an Administrative Law Judge for New York State.
